COVID-19 Visitor Information
As we re-open the Leasing Office to visitors, we have put a number of precautions in place to provide a safe and healthy environment. Upon your scheduled arrival to the office we will require that you wear a face covering, undergo a non-contact temperature screening and ask that you apply hand sanitizer. To maintain social distancing, the leasing office is operating under limited occupancy guidelines. We can only see visitors who have a confirmed appointment. If you walk-in without an appointment, unfortunately we will not be able to help you.

COVID-19 Appointments
Appointments are required for all in-person visits. You may schedule an appointment through this website or give us a call and we would be happy to schedule a day and time that works for you. Our Leasing Office hours are Monday-Saturday, 10am to 5pm. We practice social distancing by limiting the number of people in our office at one-time and by staggering appointment times. It's always a good idea to write down your questions in advance to ensure you get the best use of your time during your visit. Please note: Our desks are equipped with a shield guard and are sanitized after each visitor.

COVID-19 Community Tours
Our commitment to you is to conduct a community tour as safely and conveniently as possible. Guided by the recommendations from the CDC, we implement frequent cleaning and disinfecting with a high level of attention to all high touch areas such as door knobs, railings and elevators. There is hand sanitizer present throughout the office and the community for your use. To ensure peace of mind, the model apartment is cleaned after every showing so spend as much time as you need to explore all of the luxury features and finishes that we have to offer.

How can I lease virtually?
Virtual Leasing is easy! Our Leasing Team is available to help you with all of your leasing needs via phone or email so please do not hesitate to contact us. You can schedule a Virtual Visit through this website and choose your day and time. We will explore 3D videos of our floorplans and amenities, walk you through pricing and availability and together we will find the home that is right for you. Apply online - 100% quick & easy!

How is your property different from the competitors?
Woodmont West represents Morris County's newest luxury apartment community with incredible access to local dining and shopping as well as Route 80, 10 and 46. In addition, the New Jersey Transit Mt. Arlington train station is only minutes away. Woodmont West offers the most upscale finishes in the area and some of the largest floor plans. Amenities range from an indoor golf simulator, to a virtual fitness room, to an expansive sun deck with a pool and spa. Woodmont West offers an extensive array of resort style amenities to help you relax, have fun, socialize - anything!

What is your pet policy?
Woodmont West at Mt. Arlington welcomes cats and dogs (a maximum of two pets per apartment). Although we do not have a weight limit, we do have breed restrictions. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Akita, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Bullmastiff, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Wolf Hybrid, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Pitt Bull Terrier, or any mix of listed breeds.

Do you allow exotic pets?
Unfortunately, we do not allow exotic pets.

Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
There is a one-time pet fee of $500.00 per pet, and a $50.00 per pet, monthly charge.

How much is the security deposit?
We offer a special $990 reduced security deposit to fully qualified applicants with approved credit. Conditional approvals will require an additional Security Deposit, totaling 1 months rent, due within 24 hour of approval.

Is my security deposit refundable?
Yes, if there are no damages or any outstanding balance owed on your account.

What is your application fee?
Application fees are $75.00 per person for each applicant 18 years or older residing in the apartment home and $75.00 for a corporate application.

What if I must break my lease?
If it becomes necessary to terminate your lease early, you are able to do so if the following conditions are met. 60 days written notice is provided to the onsite office A liquidated damage fee is paid that is equal to 2 month's rent Return any concessions provided during the lease term Account is fully satisfied * Detailed information contained in lease

Do you accept any leases for short terms?
Please contact the leasing office for more information.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
You may request service by contacting the leasing office or logging onto the resident portal to initiate a service request. To provide the best service, if your request is an emergency maintenance issue, it is best to contact the leasing office directly or the emergency after hours emergency contact line. Emails are not able to be received outside of office hours and on certain holidays.

When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Will you accept electronic payments?
Absolutely For your convenience we accept electronic and credit card payments through our resident portal, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
After hours, you may use our convenient pay online option through our resident portal.

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while. Is that permitted by the lease?
Guests are permitted to stay up to 14 days. Any period over 14 days, the guest is considered an occupant and must be added to the lease agreement. Any occupants 18 years or older will need to apply and, be accepted prior to being added to the lease agreement.

Do you have parking within the community?
Yes, we offer ample parking throughout the community along with private garages available for rent.

I have a motorcycle. Where can I park it?
You are able to park your motorcycle in any available outdoor parking space. If you are storing your motorcycle for the winter, we ask that you park it in a space away from the building entrances.

Will you accept delivery packages for me?
Absolutely - We offer a package concierge service which allows residents to retrieve packages 24/7.

What are the hours for the Clubhouse and Pool?
The Clubhouse is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Pool hours have not yet been set.

Is grilling allowed in the community?
We offer community grilling facilities for our residents. Due to safety reasons, grilling is not permitted on apartment balconies, patios or other common areas not designated by the community for grilling.
